Hi, I'm so glad you're here. I founded Groundswell Transformations to help organizations adopt new technology, including AI, without losing who they are.

After more than two decades in higher education finance, enterprise technology, and senior Workday consulting, I've learned that successful technology initiatives aren't just about software. They're about trust, clarity, and the human work of integration.

My approach blends independent strategy, research, and proven tools with a culture of positivity and curiosity, giving leaders the confidence to move forward and the support to make it last.

I lead Groundswell Transformations and am supported by a carefully chosen network of strategically-aligned collaborators and practitioners who join us when scope or specialization calls for it. My first book, STRONGER THAN, releases through Red Penguin Books in September 2026.
