How do we get started?
Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation to understand your situation, your goals, and whether Groundswell is the right fit. We don't take on engagements where we don't believe we can add meaningful value.
Will I work with you directly, or a team?
Both, depending on scope. Many engagements are led directly by Carrie; others draw on Groundswell's network of strategically aligned collaborators and practitioners with complementary expertise whose involvement is shaped by the work. Either way, the practice holds to the same rigorous, human-centered standard.
